In the event you choose to make a purchase through the web site, we collect standard information required to process purchase transactions including your name, address, billing address, shipping address, and credit card information. Warranty
 
Watch Warranty
 
The manufacturer, Seiko Instruments Inc., warrants to the original consumer for a period of two (2) years after the date of purchase, that the purchased watch will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. In the event of any defect or other failure of the watch to conform to this warranty, the manufacturer will replace the watch with the exact or similar model without charge. This warranty does not cover wear or alteration to the watchcase, strap, bracelet, or crystal (lens). This warranty does not cover water damage for a watch that is not classified "Water Resistant" and does not cover water damage for a watch marked "Water Resistant" resulting from improper use or negligence or unauthorized service. Refer to Watch Instructions to learn how to care for your watch and to understand the classifications of "water resistant". This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
 
All requests for warranty service inside the U.S., must include your watch, your name, address and telephone number, a description of the problem and a copy of your Warranty Certificate or sales receipt. Postage, packing and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may contact Parsec Enterprises for information on warranty procedures. To U.S. Residents: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from State to State.
 
U.S. residents must include a shipping and handling fee of $9.95 in the form of a check or money order made payable to Parsec Enterprises. Additional fees may apply if the watch is not covered under warranty.

Q: What happens if I do not submit all the information included above?
A: We will contact you by mail or email requesting the missing information.
 
Q: Do I have to pay for shipping to send the watch to your Warranty Facility?
A: Yes, in order to return the product to us you will need to pay the freight. After we have inspected the product we will contact you to discuss disposition. We will pay the frieght to return the product to you. Please note that we are not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment to us. We suggest you contact your local shipping carrier to ensure proper packaging and insurance options.
 
Q: What if I want to have my watch repaired?
A: Unfortunately, we no longer repair watches but are strictly a manufacturing and distribution facility. If the watch is no longer under warranty and needs to be repaired, any local jeweler or watch repair facility will be equipped to repair the watch. If for some reason a repair facility is unable to repair the wattch, please contact us and we will try to help you.
